After a heavy load of snow, we finally had some blue skies to match so I was quickly out to get some winter landscapes for a commission by the local council for their 2013 brochure work. Here are a couple taken at Newmillerdam country park in Wakefield.
I really enjoy photographing the purple sandpipers along the Yorkshire coast in the late autumn and winter; such beautiful and confiding birds. This one was photographed at Bridlington harbour.
